Who’s going to stop Donald Trump? Nobody on that stage in Milwaukee last night, that’s for sure-Howie Carr

"Who’s going to stop Donald Trump? Nobody on that stage in Milwaukee last night, that’s for sure, at least not with the tepid bromides most of the others were peddling. The GOP’s RINO wing — Republicans in Name Only — is utterly defunct.

To win the crown, you have to knock out the champ. That would be Trump. Nobody came close last night.

Apparently John Kasich and Juan Ellis Bush didn’t get the paraphrased memo from Harry S. Truman: If you give people a choice between a Democrat and a Democrat, they’ll pick the Democrat every time.

Kasich had no business even being on the stage last night. He belonged in the kiddie debate, from whose bourn no traveler returns. Ditto Juan Ellis Bush.

Who exactly did the son of a mailman think he was kidding when he said the U.S. couldn’t deport illegal aliens who are “law abiding?” He said it twice. If they were law abiding, governor, then why did they break the law to come into the country?

It was impossible to be worse than Kasich, but Juan tried his damnedest. First he complained about his lack of airtime at the CNBC debate. Then he bragged about his endorsement(s) in the Wall Street Journal — Juan, you don’t seem to understand, the upper-class twits bankrolling you are bankrupting the rest of us.

But worst of all was when Juan said that halting the crimewave of his valedictorians is “not embracing American values.” “It would tear communities apart,” Juan whined. Yes it would — criminal communities. He doesn’t have a clue, as he showed again when he brought up “moderate Islamists.”

It was a perfect opportunity for Marco Rubio to finally grab the RINO torch from Juan, but unfortunately for him, his mask as a Tea Party favorite is fraying. He claimed “everyone” pays the payroll tax. No, Marco, only people who work pay the payroll tax. Marco Rubio, RINO-Gang of Eight.

No wonder Trump laid off him. It’s finally dawning on voters, he’s about as conservative as Maria Bartiromo, the Fox Business News moderator who apparently believes that Hillary has an “impressive resume” and that deporting 5 million illegal aliens on welfare would somehow devastate the economy.

Donald Trump summed up the need for mass deportations perfectly.

“We have no choice,” he said. “We have no choice.”

And Trump didn’t need a filibuster to sum up the disaster of Obamacare.

It will be repealed.

Which was why he was the winner last night. He spoke to the voters, not to panicked RINO donors in the country clubs and the gated communities where Bush’s greedhead supporters live large.

Dr. Ben Carson. Great guy, if it comes down to him vs. the MSM, I guess you know whose side I’m on. But why would anyone vote for him instead of Trump or Ted Cruz?

Final rankings: 1. Trump; 2. Cruz; 3. Carson; 4. Paul; 5. Fiorina; 6. Rubio; 7. Bush; 8. Kasich."
