Obama cruelly plans to bloat the fragile global atmosphere with deadly CO2 as he invites hundreds of people from around the world to fly to Chicago in October 2017 for a meeting. If Obama cared about the climate in the slightest, he would insist that no one travel, that talks be held via teleconference
